On November 21, in Krong Na commune, Buon Don district, the Department of Information and Communication, in coordination with the Border Guard Command of the province, organized a conference on training and capacity building in foreign information affairs for the year 2023. The conference was attended by Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hiep, Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communication, representatives from the Border Guard Command of the province, specialized departments of the Buon Don district People's Committee, and officials at the commune, village, and hamlet levels in the border commune of Krong Na.

On November 19, the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Dak Lak Province organized the seminar "Preservation and Promotion of National Intangible Cultural Heritage: Longevity Celebration of the M'nong People." This event is one of the activities within the framework of the Cultural Day of Ethnic Groups in Dak Lak Province in 2023.

On November 14th at Hoang Viet Elementary School, Middle School, and High School (Buon Ma Thuot City), the Department of Education and Training organized the ceremony for the Traditional Cultural and Arts Competition in the Education and Training sector of the province for the year 2023.

On November 14th, following a session characterized by a sense of responsibility, urgency, and seriousness, the 11th Special Session of the 10th Provincial People's Council of Dak Lak Province carefully reviewed various proposals and inspection reports. The session conducted discussions and voted to approve six resolutions with high approval rates.

On the morning of November 8th to evaluate the directing and managing activities of the Provincial People's Committee during the implementation of economic and social development indicators in October 2023, the Provincial People's Committee held its regular meeting session. They also discussed the tasks for November 2023 and reviewed and approved the contents under their jurisdiction. Comrade Pham Ngoc Nghi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and other Deputy Chairpersons of the Provincial People's Committee presided over the meeting.

From November 8th to 9th, in Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province, the Department of Management of Administrative Violations and Law Enforcement Monitoring - Ministry of Justice held a conference to provide in-depth training on the management of legal enforcement activities related to the handling of administrative violations. The event was attended by over 100 delegates from three provinces: Dak Lak, Dak Nong, and Khanh Hoa.
