On November 27, the Provincial People's Committee organized a session to pass through members of the Provincial People's Committee the content to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council meeting. The People's Committee Chairman Pham Ngoc Nghi presided over the session.

On the morning of November 30th, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Vietnam - Japan Human Resources Development Institute (VJCC-HCMC) organized the Opening Ceremony of the Management Skills Training Course for business leaders in the province for the year 2023. The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Hoai Duong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of Dak Lak Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

On November 28th, the Vietnam-Japan Friendship Association in Dak Lak Province organized the 4th Congress for the term 2023 - 2028.

On the morning of November 27th, the Provincial Command Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and Search and Rescue organized a "Conference on disseminating legal knowledge about natural disaster prevention and control in the province".

On the afternoon of November 23, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), organized an online international workshop on "International Experience in Carbon Market Development and Policy Implications for Vietnam." The workshop was chaired by Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Vu.

On the morning of November 30, at the Border Guard Command of Dak Lak Province, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee. Mr. Pham Minh Tan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, chaired the conference.
