On the afternoon of November 21, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, in collaboration with the Provincial Political School of Dak Lak, organized a scientific workshop titled "Research on Harnessing Religious Resources for Socioeconomic Development in Dak Lak Province in the Current Period - Current Situation and Solutions."

On the morning of November 23, at the special national historical site of the Buon Ma Thuot Prison, the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak Province solemnly organized a ceremony to offer incense in memory of the revolutionary soldiers who sacrificed at the Buon Ma Thuot Prison, commemorating the 83rd anniversary of the establishment of the Provincial Party Committee of Dak Lak Province (November 23, 1940 - November 23, 2023).

On the morning of November 22, the Provincial Military Service Council of Dak Lak organized a conference to deploy military recruitment tasks for the year 2024. The conference was attended by the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Ngoc Nghi; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Canh; Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Y Giang Gry Nie Knong, along with representatives of leadership from relevant departments, committees, sectors, and localities.

On the morning of November 20, the provincial Social Insurance organized the presentation of Certificates of Merit to To Hieu Elementary School (Buon Ma Thuot City) and Ms. Doan Thi Tuyet Yen, the school principal, for their outstanding performance in organizing student health insurance activities for the academic year 2023-2024.

On November 21, in Krong Na commune, Buon Don district, the Department of Information and Communication, in coordination with the Border Guard Command of the province, organized a conference on training and capacity building in foreign information affairs for the year 2023. The conference was attended by Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hiep, Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communication, representatives from the Border Guard Command of the province, specialized departments of the Buon Don district People's Committee, and officials at the commune, village, and hamlet levels in the border commune of Krong Na.

On November 19, the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Dak Lak Province organized the seminar "Preservation and Promotion of National Intangible Cultural Heritage: Longevity Celebration of the M'nong People." This event is one of the activities within the framework of the Cultural Day of Ethnic Groups in Dak Lak Province in 2023.
