Over the past 10 years, the implementation of Directive No. 40-CT/TW dated November 22, 2014, by the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership over social policy credit activities has brought significant changes to the credit policy landscape in M'Drak district. The organizational model and management methods have been adapted to local realities, mobilizing many resources and creating an economic "leverage" for poor households and other policy beneficiaries in the area.

In response to the 2024 Workers' Month, various labor unions in Đắk Lắk province organized numerous activities to care for and support union members and workers in difficult circumstances, with a total budget of over 2 billion VND.
