On the afternoon of 30thMay, the Standing Deputy Prime Minister cum Head of the Public Administration Reform (PAR) Steering Committee, Mr. Truong Hoa Binh, presided over an online conference with provinces and cities throughout the country making a preliminary review of the PAR activities in the early months of 2017 and releasing the PAR Index 2016 among ministries, ministry-level agencies, PPCs and cities under central authority. At the Dak Lak point, Mr. Pham Minh Tan - Standing Deputy Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Hai Ninh - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee cum Standing Vice Chairman of the PPC together with leaders of relevant departments and sectors in the province attended the conference.

In the evening 31st May, at the Provincial Gymnasium, the inauguration of the 10th nationwide sports competition for ethnic minority groups in Zone II, 2017 was opened with the attendance of Mr. Vuong Bich Thang - Director of the General Department of Sports and Physical and Training, who is also Head of the Games Organizing Board, Mr. Pham Minh Tan – Standing Deputy Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, and Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee.

Ơn Mày 04th, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee (PPC) Phạm Ngọc Nghị chaired a Conference to evaluate the implementation of socio-economic development, defense and security in April as well as to deploy tasks of May 2017. Attending the Conference were Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Mr. Phạm Minh Tân; Vice chairmen of the provincial People's Committee, representatives of departments, sectors, people's committees of districts, town and city of the province.

On April 27th morning, the provincial People's Committee held a meeting in preparation for the coordination in organizing the Conference "Meeting between Republic of Korea and the Central Highlands".

An Exchange and Development Cooperation Program on tourism between Buon Ma Thuot and Thai Nguyen, hosted by Dam San Tourism Company, was held in Buon Ma Thuot City on April 12 night. Attending the exchange program were Mr. Tran Quoc Cuong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of Dak Lak provincial Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee.

On March 30, a delegation of the Provincial Party Standing Committee led by Mr. Eban Y Phu held a meeting with the Party Committee of Pong Drang Commune on the occasion of their business trip to Krong Buk district.
