On the morning of October 10th, Dak Lak Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations cooperated with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (Youth Union) of Dak Lak province to organize the Final Round and Award Presentation Ceremony of the Contest on the 50th Founding Anniversary of ASEAN (August 08th, 1967 - August 08th, 2017) (the contest). Attending the ceremony, there were Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Canh and representatives of relevant departments, departments in the province.

On October 8th, the closing and awarding ceremony of the 5th National Youth Informatics Contest (Contest) in 2017 was took place in Buon Ma Thuot City. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee, Head of the Contest’s Organizing Commitee, Mr. Pham Minh Tan - Standing Deputy Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee.

In the afternoon of October 4th, Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Procincial People’s Committee (PPC) Nguyen Tuan Ha chaired a regular press conference hled by the PPC in September, 2017 to inform the press agencies about the performance of socio-economic development tasks, ensuring provincial security and defense in the first 9 months of the year as well as respond to some of contents that the media reflected in the past time.

On October 3rd, Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) held a Conference chaired by PPC Chairman Pham Ngoc Nghi on reviewing the performance of socio-economic development task, safeguarding national defense and security in the province and setting up tasks of the last three months of 2017.

The Dak Lak Young Entrepreneurs' Association held the 1st Tennis Tournament in Buon Ma Thuot city on September 30th to mark the 72nd anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13th, 1945 - October 13th, 2017) and welcome the 6th National Congress of Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs' Association for the 2017-2020 period.

In the middle of September 2017, Dak Lak Provincial Standing Committee’s delegation was led by Mr. Tran Quoc Cuong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee paid an official working visit to Japanese. Travelling with the delegation, there were some relevant departments, sectors and businesses of the province.
