On November 22nd, Mr. Bui Hong Quy – Chief of Office of the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) led an administrative reform delegation to inspect the administrative reform work (PAR) at Department of Education and Training (DOET) and its units.

On November 23rd, Trung Nguyen Legend was officially opened to welcome tourists visiting the World Coffee museum in the Coffee city project which covers over 45 hectars of land on Nguyen Dinh Chieu street – Tan Loi ward – Buon Ma Thuot city. Attending the ceremony there is Mr. Eban Y Phu – Secretary of the Provincial Party, Vice Secretaries, leader of the provincial People’s committee, departments, sectors, visitors.

On morning of November 23rd, the Research Center for Tropical Forestry (Trobenpos) in association with Tay Nguyen University held a consultation workshop on forest landscape restoration along with community livelihood improvement of Serepok River valley. Participants at the workshop were Dr. Nguyen Thanh Truc – Rector of Tay Nguyen University, Dr. Vuong Huu Nhi – President of the Union of Science and Technology; Trobenpos’s experts, members of research groups; People's Committee of Lak district and Krong Bong district.

On November 16th, Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - Dak Lak branch (Agribank Dak Lak) opened the first mobile transaction station in the province. The opening ceremony were attended by the leaders of Party Committee of the Centrally-run Businesses’ Sector, State Bank of Vietnam- Dak Lak branch, representatives of departments, sectors and the leaders of Lak district.

On November 15th, the provincial People's Committee (PPC) solemnly held the 26thCongress on “Determine to win” emulation movement of armed forces for the period of 2013-2018. Attending the Congress, there were Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee E Ban Y Phu, Vice Chairman of Dak Lak provincial People's Council Tran Vinh Canh, Vice Chairman of Dak Lak provincial People's Committee Vo Van Canh, Chairman of provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Y Dec H'dok; representatives of provincial departments; Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, provincial former leaders through the ages.

On the evening of November 14, the Party Committee of the provincial Military Command held the program to exchange and honour outstanding individuals, collectives for the emulation movement of the provincial armed forces in the period of 2013 - 2018.
