On February 26, the Health Department solemnly held the inauguration Ceremony of Central Highlands Regional General Hospital. The ceremony had the participation of Mr. Eban Y Phu – Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Pham Minh Tan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Y Bier Nie- Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mrs. H’Yim Kdoh - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of relevant departments and agencies as well as officials, doctors, health workers and medical staff of the Central Highlands Regional General Hospital.

On February 19, the Consulate General of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (PDR) in Da Nang City, led by Consul General Viengxay Phommachanh, visited and greeted Dak Lak Provincial leaders. Mr. Vo Van Canh – Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee chaired the reception.

On February 19, Mr. Eban Y Phu - Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee attended the "Businessmen Coffee" program and officially assumed the role of Honorary Chairman of the Association at the invitation of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs’ Association (YEA). The meeting was attended by Mr. Pham Minh Tan – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of departments and sectors and the YEA’s members.

On February 14, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Fatherland Front Committee held a meeting with representatives of artists, intellectuals and reporters on the occasion of Lunar New Year’s spring 2019. The meeting had the presence of Mr. Pham Minh Tan – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Y Bier Nie - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Mr. Tran Quoc Cuong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tuan Ha - Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee and former provincial leaders, representatives of departments and sectors, along with more than 270 delegates representing artists, intellectuals and journalists in the province.
