The Central Highlands Cuisine Competition have been taking place in Kotam Community Ecotourism (Buon Ma Thuot City) from March 9th – 16th, 2019 with the participation of food stalls from 5 provinces of the Central Highlands and Jeollabuk-do (Korea)

On the afternoon of March 9th, the organizing committee of the 7th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival 2019 organized the awarding ceremony of Vietnam’s specialty coffee 2019 with the presence of Mr. Y Giang Gry Niê Knong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Head of The organizing committee of Vietnam’s specialty Coffee 2019 Contest.

A workshop on Vietnam’s specialty coffee development was held in Buon Ma Thuot City (Dak Lak) on the afternoon of March 10th with the participation of representatives of Ministry of Agriculture & Rural Development, Vietnam Cocoa - Coffee Association, international organizations and domestic coffee producing, processing and trading businesses.

The Street Festival, which was one of the key activities expected and participated by the majority of people and visitors in the 7th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2019, officially opened with the participation of more than 1,000 artists, beauty, actors, pupils, students, volunteers and coffee growers in the Central Highlands provinces, domestic and international art troupes on the afternoon of March 9 at the Provincial Cultural Center.

The Organizing Committee of the 7th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival held the opening ceremony of the Photo Exhibition highlighting “44th anniversary of Buon Ma Thuot Victory – Paths of History” on the morning of March 9th. The photo exhibition will take place from March 9-16, 2019 with the participation of Mrs. H’ Yim Kdoh - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee, representatives from neighboring provinces, photographers and visitors

On the evening of March 9th, Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee organized the opening ceremony of the 7th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival 2019 under the theme “The Quintessence of Jungle” at the Square 10/3 with the presence of Mr. Truong Hoa Binh, Politburo Member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister, leaders of the Ministry, central agencies, localities and people and visitors.
