On the morning of August 19, the provincial People's Committee held a meeting under the chair of Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Committee to gather opinions of members of the provincial People's Committee on the contents under its jurisdiction. Attending the meeting were Vice Chairpersons of the People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Ha, H’Yim Kdoh and representatives of relevant departments and sectors.

On August 16, the Institute of Cooperative Economic Development, the Cooperative Development Assistance Fund (Cooperatives) directly under the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance (VCA) in coordination with Dak Lak Provincial Cooperative Alliance held a Workshop on the development of cooperative economy and cooperatives in the Central Highlands: Potentials, challenges and solutions. The Workshop had the participation of member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Bui Van Cuong, VCA’s Chairman Nguyen Ngoc Bao, experts, scientists, enterprises and cooperatives in the Central Highlands.

On the morning of August 16, the Ministry of Health organized a teleconference to minimise plastic waste in the health sector under the chair of Minister of Health Nguyen Thi Kim Tien. Participating in this conference there were Dak Lak’s representatives of Director of Department of Health Nay Phi La, leaders of relevant departments and agencies as well as representatives of units under the Department of Health.

On the morning of August 15, the Provincial Vietnam Youth Federation in collaboration with the Provincial Vietnamese Student Association held a meeting with ethnic minority students who had excellent academic accomplishments in 2019. The meeting had the presence of Mr. Pham Minh Tan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Ms. H’Yim Kdoh, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee.

On the morning of August 13, the 24th South Central Coast and Central Highlands-Region 5 Fine Arts Exhibition which is co-organized by the Vietnam Fine Arts Association and Dak Lak Provincial Cultural Centre opened in the Central Highlands city of Buon Ma Thuot. The Exhibition’s opening ceremony saw the attendance of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Pham Minh Tan, Vice Chairwoman of the Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee H’Yim Kdoh, leaders of Departments, branches and authors in the region.
