On October 22nd afternoon, the Province’s COVID-19 Standing Steering Committee worked on implementing COVID-19 prevention and control related works in the province, presided over by Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Head of the Province’s COVID-19 Steering Committee.

In September 2021, the Provincial police units strictly followed the directives given by the Ministry of Public Security, Provincial Party Committee, and Provincial People’s Committee in the field of prevention and fight against crimes. A number of positive results have been gained, as follows.

On October 16th morning, the Association for Liaison with Overseas Vietnamese (ALOV) organized the 4th Congress for the 2021-2026 term. Participation in the meeting included 43 representatives for more than 1,700 member Associations across the province.

On the morning of 29 September, a delegation of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee led by Provincial Party Committee Deputy Secretary Pham Minh Tan met with Krong Nang District on the implementation of the assigned tasks over the past nine months of 2021. Attending the delegation were Provincial People’s Committee Vice Chairman Vo Van Canh and leaders of the Province’s departments and related agencies.

On 25th September morning, Force Task 970 (a team under management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development specializes in giving directions for manufacture and joining for the consumption of agricultural products in Viet Nam southern provinces/cities) held an online forum with other provinces/cities across the country for consumption of agricultural products and OCOP products in Central Highlands in 2021. Chairing the forum was Deputy Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development Tran Thanh Nam, with the Centre for Agriculture Trading Promotion and leaders of the localities including Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City, Lam Dong, Dak Lak and Dak Nong Provinces in attendance.

On October 14th, the Province’s COVID-19 Prevention and Control Steering Committee stated that 44 cases positive with SARS-CoV-2 were recognized across the province.
