On the morning of October 19th, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) held a conference to review 20 years of implementing Resolution no. 13-NQ/TW on continuing to innovate, develop, and improve the efficiency of collective economy and 10 years implementing the 2012 Law on Cooperatives in the field of agriculture.
